The Evolution of Video Game Controllers

I love Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich. For a few semesters at CC I would have a couple a week between classes. Unfortunately in Manhattan, all of the Wendy’s are downtown, so to satisfy a craving I attempted to make one myself. I’d say flavor-wise, I got pretty close, thanks to this recipe. Consistency though it wasn’t right, maybe I didn’t beat the chicken thin enough. Also the breading didn’t stick to the chicken after a bite, which I attribute to my lack of a comercial deep-fryer. It’s tricky to maintain a constant oil temperature on a stove top. Oh, and I classed it up with some avocado.
